Not quite a snow day…

I’ve managed to walk to the library this morning.  We measured the snow before I left and it was so deep that we ran out of ruler! (It was only a 15cm ruler but I’ve never experienced this much snow before in my life…) I’m surprised to see that there are actually people at the library today, Oxford must have dedicated students because I don’t know many people from my university days who would have woken up to this much snow and thought ‘right library time’.  Especially in the winter vacation! I’m very sad because I am a photographer at heart and I desire nothing more than to be out with my canon taking photos of snowy scenes.  The library is closing at 3 o’clock today which is a small joy though it doesn’t leave much daylight for frolicking.
